Returns & Refund

Returns are allowed only on 

1. Damaged goods with the condition that the damage occurred during shipping

2. If the customer received an incorrect/ incomplete product

In the above scenario, an email notifying Troika must be sent within 48 hours, with photo and video proofs for validation. A return pick-up will be scheduled, and the customer will be notified. A replacement item will be sent.  

Cancellation of an order placed is allowed only within the first 24 hours. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Refund 

No refunds will be paid once the product is dispatched. A refund is allowed only in the below scenarios.  

1. Cancelation of order is within 24 hours

2. Troika does not have stock of the replacement product in the warehouse.
